EZ Import
Effective March 9 2015

Forward Air will offer an “EZ Import (Advance Payment)” option through Premier FAST Book at the following gateway locations: DFW, DTW, IAH, IAD, LAX and ORD. Please contact your local Forward Air representative for additional information on the Forward Air’s EZ Import program.

Service Fees:

• $20 convenience fee for up to 4 checks
• $500 maximum per check
• $1,000 maximum per transaction
• $1500 maximum with Terminal Manager approved override
