Challenge
The pharma division of a large carrier customer that Forward worked with was struggling to provide consistent service to its veterinary medical/pharma client. This carrier was tasked with delivering time-sensitive, temperature-controlled freight on a weekly basis and had been unable to provide consistent service with the carriers they were using. They were in jeopardy of losing the business due to service issues.

Because of Forward’s existing relationship with the large carrier, we were able to put together a plan of action to help the carrier deliver on its commitment and keep the business secure.
